Introduction:

In today’s fast-paced world the need for anxiety and stress relief is increasing with each day passing, it’s no surprise that many of us are grapple with anxiety and stress. Whether it’s due to work pressures, personal challenges, or the general uncertainty of life, finding ways to manage these feelings is crucial for our well-being. In this blog post, we’ll explore reasons, various strategies for anxiety and stress relief that can help you reclaim your peace of mind.

Understanding Anxiety and Stress relief: Before delving into relief strategies, it’s essential to understand what anxiety and stress are and how they impact our lives. Anxiety often manifests as persistent worry, fear, or unease about everyday situations, while stress results from external pressures that exceed our ability to cope. Both can have detrimental effects on our physical and mental health if left unchecked.

International figures and statistics:

The National Institute of Mental Health reports that 20% of adult Americans suffer from an anxiety disorder in any given year, and 31% do so at some point in their lifetime. The same goes globally.  Anxiety symptoms can be classified into four categories: mild, moderate, severe, or panic level.

UNIQUE APPROACH TO ACHIEVE ANXIETY AND STRESS RELIEF SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT MEDICATION:

Everybody wants to live a vibrant & happy life, let us make it be.

We need to ask ourselves a simple question first, is it easier to come back the way we went into a situation of anxiety and stress, or we must dig a new road through impossible terrains to come back to a specified point in life, the point where we were happy, contented and vibrant?.  The logical answer to the question should be “the way we went”, the easiest way-in, but almost none of us choose this approach for anxiety and stress relief. We go into rigorous therapies, excessive medications and dozens of visits to psychiatrists and so called stress management experts, who mostly keep emptying our wallet and further aggravate the thing rather than curing it. How the situation is often aggravated through these medications? I will explain all this in my article.

What they do to your mind to artificially stop anxiety and stress for a short period of time? How antidepressant works and destroys your mind overtime.

Human brain is the most complex part of the human anatomy. In order to better understand the process, we first need to understand the brain functions.

Human brain, anxiety and stress relief:

Human nervous system contains approximately 120 billion neurons or neurotransmitters. There are around 15 billion more neurons in some other parts of the body as well. These are not physically connected to each other but are connected through electro-chemical action potential. The nervous system means the routes of transmitting signals to and from the brain to different parts of the body, e.g brain, spinal cord and all the nerves or means of signal transportation throughout the body.

Neurons or nerve cells called neurons are responsible for sending instructions throughout your body to perform various functions like breathing, speaking, eating, walking, and thinking. Your brain speaks to you through neurotransmitters. They facilitate communication between neurons and other brain cells. But that’s not the case. Neurotransmitters also provide signals to the muscles. In actuality, the body uses these chemical messengers to transmit information. Wide variations exist among the many neurotransmitter types. Some control blood pressure and heart rate. Some people uplift you, assist you relax, or aid in falling asleep.

The majority of neuroscientists, or scientists who research the brain, believed that humans were born with all of the neurons they would ever have.

The neurons classification.

There are some 100 plus types of neurons discovered until now, with different duties assigned to each of these types, however there are seven major types which we need to know before going into what antidepressant do to these neurons. These are Glutamate, GABA(γ-amino butyric acid), Dopamine, Adrenaline, Serotonin, Oxytocin and Acetylcholine.

I wish to discuss each of these neurons their function and duties within the human body, which we shall discuss during our one-on-one discussion in future, however instead of writing a long scholarly article in this post, I would prefer to present an example for your understanding about the anxiety and stress relief through drugs and its negative long term effect.

For example:  let us talk about Dopamine. This is called a rewarding neuron; most thrilling neurons in the body. Dopamine has to be the neurotransmitter that excites us the most. That’s because it has a significant impact on the reward system in your brain.

When something good happens, and you feel good about it, dopamine floods the synapses between neurons. That feeling of exhilaration you get when you complete a task or reach a goal is caused by it. Dopamine makes you feel good and activates your brain. When you are depressed the adequate supply of dopamine within the nervous system is lowered. Anti depressants trigger these neurons to increase dopamine influx within the neurons for a short period of time which makes you feel better.

Certain medicines prey on the reward system in your brain. They cause an excess of dopamine to be released from the brain. This produces a transient high or pleasurable feeling. However, the descent after a dopamine rush is not easy. You may experience fatigue, depression, and decreased interest in your favorite hobbies thereafter. Imagine the higher you go and then the fall will take you further down from the point where you were before taking these drugs.

Secondly there is another way of people trying to escape from black mode and depression, I mean by partying, use of alcohol, loud music and night clubs, which also increases your dopamine momentarily and when you return home after such activities you feel more drained and tired. This is because the dopamine went high temporarily in an exciting atmosphere and now the fall of dopamine in your brain, causes you to feel empty from inside.

The simplest and most authentic approach which almost everybody ignores

AFTER HAVING YOUR FIRST CHAT SESSION, YOU WILL COME TO KNOW FOR SURE THAT, HOW SIMPLE IT IS TO MANAGE ANXIETY AND STRESS.

The National Institute of Mental Health reports that 20% of adult Americans suffer from an anxiety disorder in any given year, and 31% do so at some point in their lifetime. The same goes globally.  Anxiety symptoms can be classified into four categories: mild, moderate, severe, or panic level.

I personally believe that Anxiety and Stress are the bi-products of our approach towards life itself. If we stop this approach we dam anxiety and stress.

Why, when and how are the main stages of the strategy I suggest.

Why

The first question is, why we are anxious and stressful at first place? The anxiety and stress are the bi-products of our approach towards life itself. If we adopt a right approach from the start we can never face anxiety and stress in our whole life. We can live happily with even meager provisions and facilities.

  1. Sometimes we worry about the things which are never going to happen in our life, sometimes we worry about things which have about 1% chances to happen in our life.
  2. Sometimes we try to achieve things beyond our natural capabilities, which results in failure, the successive failures cause us to think that we can achieve nothing in life, we are useless.

When:

We normally fell into despair when we start racing in life with no set goals, a blind foolish race, which has no finish line. Like what a person needs in life, a home, a good job, a good car and a family with consistent sufficient income. We generally don’t stop even after getting all this because we have no set goals in life. We took the meanings of satisfaction totally wrong, for example a person in a grand palace with expensive cars, money, luxuries and power at his disposal is sometime not satisfied, but person in a grass hut with meager provisions is happy?, why, because it depends on our priorities and our approach towards life itself. (We will discuss in details in our sessions in future. About what is the right approach towards life).

How:

Let us know the key to manage anxiety and stress, what is the best anxiety and stress relief methods to adopt. What are the best PTSD management methods to have an enjoyable and vibrant life again? No 3, 3, 3 method, No meds, No therapies, just a simple natural way to cope with this issue.

Conclusion:

While anxiety and stress may seem overwhelming at times, there are unique strategies available to help you navigate these challenges and reclaim a sense of peace and balance in your life. You can take proactive steps towards anxiety and stress relief. Remember, you’re not alone on this journey, and with the right support and resources, you can overcome these obstacles and thrive.
